Bad attitude on badly cut key which DID break

We have had a previous encounter with Mr Dawie Nel, where he refused to give us our money back when they key was cut badly, due to the incorrect blank being used. This morning, our key bent in our gate! We are two females living alone and we CANNOT have our security gate standing open, its not safe. I called Dawie as soon as this happened, due to him saying: the key works, it will not break. He refused to help me, He LAUGHED at me and laughed the whole thing off and was totally rude. NEVER go get anything done at this place! He knows nothing about keys, WILL NOT even try to help you and is purely after the money that he can from you.
