Terrible Service and Terrible attitude

We had security gate key cut, and instead of telling us that they had the incorrect blank, the key was cut on a diffferent blank key and was made paper thin. We went back to get it fixed and they stated that the key was not in stock and still isnt. They did not tell us that the first time. We asked for a refund, seeing as we will HAVE to get another key cut.
We were told to call the owner for a refund. We did and Dawie Nel told us we could not get a refund, due to refunds only being on shoes (which was NOT stated ANYWHERE on the receipt or ANY of their signs).
We also asked for a refund on the unused remote, due to buying the incorrect one and he stated the same excuse.
This is the worst service and Worst attitude a business and its OWNER has given in years.
