Back ordered Captain Cooks Endeavor 3 Months ago

Hi. on 24 April 2013 I back ordered 3 issues of Captain Cooks Endeavor. Every 2 weeks I'll go to CNA East rand Mall to check if there's any update on the back order and every time they'll tell me that they haven't received anything yet. It surely can't take 3 months to hear back from someone. Today I went back the last time time and one of the sales ladies who has always been helping me with my back orders told me that she sent my order number to Tumi Philane at head office but haven't received a response back.

I'm getting very annoyed now and I think I should get a refund.

Someone at CNA could have kept me updated and let me know what was going on...
