Do not complay with scan write pollicy

On 18/07/2013 18:06 I bought a can off Lactogen baby milk the price on the shell show R149.99 but scan R159.99. I going to custumer service a supervisor Madolo take over plus Jaco (look like manager). They let me complete a refund for R159.99 as the procedure. Take out the amount of R160 out of the till. But only refund me the diffrence in priceR10). After challenging Jaco about the scan write procedure he said to me to go and get another can of milk. Then they start looking for the scan write book which they could not find untill I have left. The whole process have take more than 20 minutes because they could not find the scan write book.
