When employing someone for a call centre you would imagine that communication, a good attitude,
congeniality and just a good old fashioned sense of helpfulness would be paramount BUT not at
Edgars hotline. Shocking and totally unacceptable the bad service received from the Hotline. Please dont reply with a empty apology... hire competant people!!!
