Clicks
Bad Service

I frequent the Mountain View and the Cresta Clicks on a monthly basis. I have never walked out these stores fully satisfied with the service. The employees seem to be doing you a great favour by being there. Today I was in Cresta - there was a queue of about 10 people - 3 tills were suppose to be working. The employees were having a non English conversation, laughing and carrying on - while all the people that actually pay their salaries stood in a non air-conditioned store. Both stores are not a pleasure to shop in - the store is cluttered with goods - you cant find anything easily and when you ask one employee then they refer to someone else. Its not a pleasure shopping at Clicks. Your staff is not competent!
