I phoned Vistel Systems on the morning of 17 July 2013 at 08:30 to request a technician to come out and fix our alarm system, as the wiring had been cut by our renovators. I spoke to Stephanie and I explained that I needed it fix TODAY.

I was phoned back by Stephanie at 09:30 to say that Barry would be there by 12:00.

At 12:30, I received a call from Barry to tell me that he was on his way (half an hour after he was supposed to arrive). He arrived and ten minutes later he was gone with NO feedback to me.

I phoned him and he told me that he would probably only be back on Friday to fix this. I then phoned Stephanie to find out what was going on. She said she had not understood that I needed it fixed today, so I explained to her that if my alarm is not activated and we are broken into, the insurance will not pay, so I was very specific about this being fixed today. Her excuse was that they did not know how long it was going to take, and yet I had a quote in my inbox for the precise time???

The best she could do for me was to have Barry come out the next day.

This is the second time we have had bad service from Vistel Systems - so I am the fool for trusting them again.
