1st I want to congratulate you on a stunning store, but to pay in your store is absolutely impossible. i was there yesterday at 1, i bought a significant amount of jewellery, but not one till on the bottom floor was open. Loads of till points but not 1 person even manning it. I had to go to the top floor, also a HUGE floor, with only 4 tills open. I do not want to know what your shrinkage is per month, as there were so few staff members on every floor. This is just not acceptable. if you are going to splash out and upgrade your stores then surely it should be sufficiently staffed.
