Bad service on product returns

On the 02/07/2013 between 16:00-17:00hrs I walked into the above store and bought a Samsung (s111) Smart phone black flip case pouch with magnetic strips for closure, firstly i was concern that I was never issued with a receipt, that though did not bother me much until after a week when I realized the Magnetic strip was falling apart with a crack on the edges. when I returned it around the 10/07/2013 they first tried to clue the part, when I refused to accept the conduct i was told that they will not exchange it, it was not the store problem but the factory and they is nothing they can do. they even insisted that it could be my fault maybe I dropped the case.

When I asked for the terms & conditions of their warranty & guarantee policy they refused to cooperate. I think this could be damaging to the Mall as well that they have such irresponsible tenant with no customer service conflicting their image of good service.
