Unpossession of goods paid fo

On the 26th of June 2013 I bought a bed for R3000.00 at the bed shop and they gave me a queen size bed and I went home and noticed that it could not fit in the bedroom so I returned the bed 2nd of July 2013 so that they could give me a double bed instead until today the 15th of July 2013 I still do not have possession of the bed... I keeping on calling and am told that I would be called back and no one calls me back - first it was that they did not have stock, then had no truck now its that they will call me back and no one has done so.
