Bad attitude and customer service!!!

Tried to make a purchase on my RCS game card n I was told the card is damaged, paid cash. Thereafter I went back to replace card, to my shock with a charge but couldn't do it as no one answered the phone at call centre. Payment was due according to them... Although I paid 8months installments upfront in September??? Regardless I went back when I had a chance and I could not make payment as the card did not register and I had to go back to get a new card.i waited again to be assisted and I was told by RCS that they cannot give me a card as payment has not been made... Seriously... How must I make payment if I can't use the card??? And further more the woman gave me attitude! I'm sick of bad service and being treated like this!!! Or is this the policy of RCS? Treating your paying customers like criminals? But they keep on sending me messages that I qualify for massive loans? WHY would I take up an offer if this is what the service is like??? Needless to say I left game without any assistance from RCS and with no solution!
