What a waste!

On 20 January I went to the shop to buy shoes, but the size was not available, so I asked Zukisa to see if they might have it at the back, which they didn't. I had to suggest he look at another store and secure the shoes. He called me back the same day saying Canal Walk and Mitchells' Plain do have. When I asked him if he managed to keep them aside for collection, his response was that I didn't request him to- is that not lame for service, I mean, why esle would I have him look for the shoes.By the time he called the stores again to secure the shoes, it was already sold- which was my major worry! Even the manageress, Felencia said last evening he already left and that she'll pass him the message, which was very unproffesinal to me because why must I wait till the next day, isn't she also working there? She said she'll call the stores today since they were closed at the time we spoke... No Spitz, really, this is so not on! I'm disappointed
