Super outstanding Customer Service

Called Spitz Cresta looking for my sons Lucoste Ampthil Col in Red size 9 for toddlers and spoke to Siandile who went out of his way in locating the shoe that I couldn't find anywhere else, he kept me informed with his progress and finally found a perfect size but was on display and it wasn't in a good condition. Siandile suggested that he can order it for me and come back to me with feedback, 10min later he called me advising that he was able to order the shoes for me and they should be ready in a week. I called Spitz Maponya Mall and Jabulani Mall and both the store didn't have the size but they didn't bother trying to locate it in other store as Siandile did. We need these kind of people in SA to help better our customer service in retail, this guy really deserve an increment or a promotion with a fat bonus as he made me feel important and welcomed and I will definitely shop at Spitz and I will go out of my way and drive to Spitz Cresta. I take my hat off for Siandile and keep up with the good work as with that kind of attitude you will go places.
