In pain after falling on spill not cleaned up

I was shopping in dischem 30th May 2013 when I slipped on a big spill of what looked like hand soap!!! Why was there a puddle of hand soap in the aisle??? Why was it not cleaned?? I fell so hard on my hip and elbow that I am bruised and my hip hurts so much that I could only sleep on one side. My elbow swelled up right away as I fell!! I got taken into the back room quick after the intense embarrassment and pain that I endured!! The manager finally came to see me and didn't seem any bit worried!!! Didn't even come in the room, he stood in the door way! The way he spoke to me made me feel like I was to blame.. he even mentioned that I was wearing high heels!! Does that mean every woman are to blame for wearing heels if they fall on the shops under supervised spillages? The manager basically said to me that I'm fine as I was not bleeding! What if I were an elderly? I did not appreciate being felt that I was to blame! I now suffer with the embarrassment and pain while the manager just brushes it off. Today I'm battling to walk and can only lay on one side!!! Totally disgusting!!! I'm not happy at all about this!!!
