I am so sick of Beares!!!

I am so sick of Bears and very mad at them! When is my fridge going to be delivered? This is the second complaint I'm writing on hellopeter and Beares hasn't even bothered to respond. Everytime I phone Willemina she tells me she will call me back but doesnt even bother calling me back. Her customer service skills! She does not do follow ups and I always have to phone her and she always makes false promises. I'm tired of this. Even your customer care call centre doesn't help me with anything. I want this deal cancelled and I want that credit that approved to be paid to me as personal loan and I will go and buy the items for cash elsewhere. Your call centre tells me I cannot cancel because it's been over 7 days. That's lame. Beares did not deliver in time, then who is breach of contract there?
Fellow consumers all of you, just stay away from Beares. I've learned the hard way!
