Poor quality Original UGG boots

Bought original genuine leather UGGs for R2350 from nicci boutique in Claremont on 08 June 2013. Button loop broke on the day I bought it. Nicci boutique at V&A replaced it. 2 days later the loop on the new pair snaps loose in the exact same way and side. I then proceeded to return it to the V&A branch only to find that the sales assistant was busy with a needle and thread repairing a pair that a previous customer was fitting on in the shop that had broke. This report may not be noticed by the supplier or the franchise, but potential victims need to know. Don't count on a large price tag and name brand being a sign of quality construction.
