My mother is a loyal client of GG Boutique. In September 19, 2013, my mother purchased a long black skirt from the boutique. She brought it home and after trying it on to show my father, she changed her mind about the skirt. The very next day, she went back to GG's to return the garment and receive her money back. However, the lady at the counter refused to reimburse my mother, saying that it's their policy to not take returns. Their invoice clearly states the following: "Unworn merchandise may be exchanged/returned within 7 days with an original invoice and attached tag. No refunds /exchanges on sale merchandise." Now the garment was not on sale and my mother had returned is unworn with original invoice and attached tag. She did this within 7 days.
We have tried multiple times for them to reimburse my mother, but they refuse. Can someone please get this company to stick to what they say they do on their documents?
