Good day, I had a complaint about a beacon product in April, they gave immediate feedback, and the consultant Melvin Moodly contacted me, assured me they will look into the matter, He said that they will send me a voucher to replace my product and sorry for any inconvenience caused, I did not receive it, but actually forgot about it. Melvin phoned me today, to tell me my mail came back undelivered, can i please provide an alternative postal address. I just want to thank him for his friendly service, and professional manner in which he handled my complained. Thanks Melvin. Danielle Niemann
