Visco Pedic good service (UPDATE)

Visco pedic replaced my bed with a new one, after confirming that there was damage to the bed, under their warranty. Dieter personally called me to apologise for the delay in response and sorted out the issue almost immediately.

I am happy with the actions Visco Pedic took in order to keep a customer happy.
