Visco Pedic beds, a real nightmare

After contacting Dieter at Visco Pedic several times for a bed that is damaged under factory warranty I received several responses which I attempted to comply with. I supplied Dieter with my contact details that he requested, but I have not received any further communications. After sending several more emails over a 1.5 month period with no response I have decided to follow this route. I have had months of bad sleep now and visco pedic couldn't seem to care less. The top of the bed is warped and gone bumpy making it impossible to sleep on comfortably.
