False Advertising and rude staff!!

In the past 2 weeks there have been 5 times where I bought stuff at Checkers that were advertised on special, but upon getting home I see that I pad the normal price.
On Saturday they advertised Simonsberg Feta Cheese - 4 packets for R20-00.
After paying I remembered to check the slip due to my previous experience and saw that they charged R10-99 each! I queried it and received very bad attitude from the cashier as well as the next customer in the queue.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and went to show her the advert. I asked her to please hurry up as my baby was about to fall asleep and I needed to get home.
She walked up and down and back and forth without solving anything so I eventually lost patience and asked her to just refund me as I can't spend my whole afternoon there.
Her attitude was HORRIBLE to say the least and she should definitely be taught how to treat customers!
She threw my money back at me and I left, then decided to check the rest of my slip (which she had kept with her the whole time) and noticed the 2 boxes of Otees advertised as R21-99 was charged at R26-99 each!
Wow, 6 of my products were charged wrong!
I didn't even bother going back again...
BAD!
