On the 24th June I phoned in to Bears to advise them my couch which I had bough in the beginning of March had broken. The foot came right off and the springs in the one seat came right through the chair. Today is the 11 July and to which I have made phone calls to Niria, Her manager and the call center (Florence), Eventually they agreed to exchange the couch and I would have to wait for stock and no one could give an indication of when I would receive the new couch. On the morning of 11 July, I received a message to say they will be delivivering today after telling Niria we can not do it during the week as myself and my husband both work. She completely ignored it and still dispatched them. I made a plan for my husband to be at our home ALL DAY, the only request it be there before 15:00, I spoke to Florence where she told me if it not there we must just re-schedule the delivery. I fin this UNACCEPTABLE as we are paying for goods and should not have to wait this long for anything, least of all be the one to have to make a plan all the time when they think they will deliver. Never the less it was not delivered on time and now I have no idea when we will receive our new goods.
