Inexperienced staff

I visited Perfect 10, Gateway (04 /10/2013) on a once off chance of doing a full face wax as my beauty therapist was not available. I was given an appointment and was attended to by a young black lady, whose name I cannot recall. To my utter horror, when I got home I realized that she had removed about a quarter of my eyebrow on one side and also bruised/ scarred my face around my chin/ mouth area. This is definitely due to inexperience. I am totally devasted that people who obviously don't have a clue what they are doing are being employed in such industries. Who do I hold responsible for this? Perfect 10 or the employee???
