I didnt know people still had a mentality

7 July 2013 at 14:26, i went to my local Spar in Greenhills Randfontein. I arrived at the till to find that i was a few rands short inorder to complete my pruchase so i kindly asked the kind teller to return one of my items, as she called for assistance inorder to void the item, she was first told that the lady who does this voiding thing is on lunch by the mananger. He then procceed to make comments, saying that i should get jobs so that we can afford our items, i ignored this comment but then he procceed to throw my items at as when i wanted to move to a different till and when i asked him why he's throwing the items he wanted to grab them out of my hand and as i walked away he bagan cat calling after me.
I am disgusted and imbarrased on behalf of Spar (a brand which i love) I am dissapointed at the treatment i recieved at this Spar, in this day an age people should have respect for other people AND WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???
Please do something about this because even the staff seem to be unhappy with that gentle men.
On a different note: is it humane or even legal that the tellers should be on thier feet the whole day for long shifts???
