I have had a headache dealing with about 6 managers and customer care services at game having taken several videos and voice recordings and reached the decision to never shop at game! I do not know what position she holds but her first communication with me via email was one with a solution, a solution that takes into consideration the clients time and resources! This woman must have a vest with an S on the chest because of all people I dealt with she is the only one who seems to actually have management skills. I choose to not post complaints even after being treated like rubbish by a so called gamede I rather stick to not going to game, but though I will not be shopping there I must say this Bester should definitely be getting a salary increase or shares. She actually cured my headache. I am really impressed.. How she works surrounded by a bunch of incompetent people I can only wonder. Thank you I hope you rub of on them with your problem solving attitude as opposed to them rubbing of on you with their headless chicken behavior and letting stress of a shop moving treat clients like dirt! Please make this woman CEO, no lip service just action! south africa needs this.
