When I went to game Belair in Northriding to buy and pay my Game account I was met by a cold and rude cashier. Nonceba is her name and works at the jewellery counter, she couldn't even greet me and made wait for her until I greeted and asked for service. She made me wait whilst she was packing stock and had no decency to ask me to wait, then her friend who works in the shop comes along and pays in front of me and they chit chat for some time whilst I wait! How rude, after that she still goes back to what she was doing without a care! She needs to learn how to treat customers, I see Game has a drive to service their clients well but she is seriously failing in this area!
