10 April I ordered furniture (headboard, 2x pedestals, ottoman and chest of drawers) and it was delivered but was not SATISFIED, first of all the order was incomplete, the size was incorrect and very poor quality. Then i had to send it back. To date my account has not been credited after numerous calls to their call centre. In May the agent told me furniture takes a while for it to be sent back to their warehouse, 28 June @ 09:15 Luyanda said the same thing, today the 22nd of July Tahida the supervisor is telling me that someone must go and do a physical check on the warehouse with the delivery company if the goods are really there, WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM IF THEIR INTERNAL PROCESS IS NOT WORKING??? More over they keep on phoning me about their stupid promotions ignoring the query that is captured on the system regarding my account the furniture that I didn't't receive, WHO'S GOING TO PAY FOR THE INTEREST CHARGED???
