Pethetic service - No ethical behaviou

Hi wanted to buy a car from them and trade mine in.
Everything was sorted - the fixed all the mistakes on the Car.
The mother was incompetent to get Finance from the banks as this was a lot of time for her.
She only tried ABSA and i had to do all the rest after they said they are approved with all the banks.

I just needed the offer to purchase as they did not fill in all the required fields for a second time.
i JUST phoned them to say i want the car Saturday - he informed me that he sold the car to someone else after everything i had to do. And their incompetence.
I wanted the car so badly everything was ready and paper work done.
