AMAZING Service

I went to Boardmans on Sunday to buy a dinner service and some cutlery. I received such incredible service from everyone in store that I was absolutely blown away. Esme assisted me in finding the crockery set I wanted, explained the difference between two products and then spent 20 minutes of her time ensuring that there was a full set in each box as two of the boxes had been display items. Not only was she super efficient, but browsing the store I was asked if I needed assistance by no less than three other assistants. The cashier was polite and knowledgable and everyone was just more than happy to assist. It was the best service I have EVER received in any Boardmans in the country and I think I will go as far as saying the best service I have received in any retail store within South Africa. Big compliment and thanks must be made to everyone involved. Amazing Service Guys! Thank you.
