Wrong Pricing and Attitude

On the 13.04.2013 my boyfriend, myself and my cousinb went to Platinum Liquour store and on the entrace the have sealed boxes of Recheulew with big special prices of R92.95. The price did not have each and the boxe was sealed. My cousin approched the cashier and asked her about the promotion and in bad attitied she repiied " ARE U STUPID USE YOUR COMMONSENSE EVEN THE SMALL BOTTLE4S DONT CAUSE THAT THIS IT A MISTRAKE FROM THE SUPPLIER. My boyfriend asked her why she is speaking with him that way because he suppose to ask and pay the price tha he sees, she still gave us attitude and call us stupid .nOW I WANT MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME AND SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM.The guy who was on the entrace checking the slips apologies and order the staff to remove it. Why this was not done befor the customer sees that. Who is the cashier to call us names? I want u to see the footage and get back to me. Maybe I should not blame your staff because they are not trained to well when dealing with customers. Management need to call me.
