I am very unhappy at how they operate. I placed an order on the 18 June 2013 & then on 19 June 2013 I received confirmation that my parcel has been dispatched, On 2 July 2013 I received an SMS confirming my delivery, I called Home choice 3to4 times 2confirm details of delivery. 1stly they mention an unknown person to my family & provided me with an invalid ID number (12 digits, not SA) to have received my parcel. When I requested that i see the confirmation of delivery i'm asked to go do the affidavit, at least 1 person should have picked up that the ID number is invalid. Next thing I'm expected to go to the police station for affidavit, meanwhile u have all the facts of your query (a possible delivery) this goes to show that the delivery guys have freedom to mess up the system. Question is how many times do these delivery guys take customers parcels and forge names and IDs, and yet I'm expected to pay for an undelivered parcel. This is very unprofessional. I expect my order to be cleared off, without being referred to police station for affidavit, coz it's not my duty | Parcel/order number: 18710467
