No service

On the 5th of july I went to withdraw money, I was told they don't have the amount and referred me to somebody who would help after spending an hour on the queue I went to queue for another hour by her but still could not get help, she sent me to somebody else and the manager was on lunch for me lodge a complaint I queued till I got the money, that is spending 3hours in the store, I said no its k, and then I went again on the 12th of the same month, money market to get some money I had my passport and drivers licence with I did not get service because I didn't have an id with me, to top things I had to spend another 3 hours before being denied service!
SHOPRITE CARLETONVILLE EXT 8 YOUR SERVICE, ALL OF YOU NEED TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM, IF YOUR MANAGERS DONT HAVE IT IN THEM HOW ARE YOU GOING TO? AND REMEMBER GUYS YOU MIGHT ASSIST A POSSIBLE EMPLOYER BUT YOUR SERVICE THERE IS NO FUTURE FOR YOU.
