Intability Honor Customer Contract

I purchased a Scooter for a Wheel CHAIR USER a demo model, from Mark Hodson I paid in full receieved the Scooter.the Batteries were flat not working, Tail lights broken, right brake lever incorrect, no paper work. Contacted him he said he will replace the items its gone 2 months nothing replace excuses the whole time The Scooter is to small for my wheel chair, I contacted Mark Hodson and told him im returning the Scooter and he must return the money back to me. Since I told him he has a excuse every time, at a golf day or driving my car will contact you in 10 mins never returns your call when you leave a message.there are more than 5 complaints on Hello Peter from different customers, I just like to warn every body plus Golfers not to support him as all is dishonest and rejects he sells. I have gone to my Lawyer he has sent a letter to sue him if he does not respond plus I am going to the comsomer complaint also the law states you have 6 Months to return faulty stuff.and receive a full payment back
