Bad service delivery

As a 66 year old golfer with a foot problem I decided to get mobile. After looking at all the different options I decided to buy a three wheeled electrical golf cart as it can be loaded in the back of my car. The scooter was demonstrated to me by Mark Hodson of a entity called Scooti (see [URL Removed] and I bought it on the 18th of February 2013. A week later Corne Burger delivered it in a neighbouring town-he misunderstood me. The unit was in the wrong colour and I received no delivery papers. After fetching it I charged the batteries but it left me stranded halfway through the Saturday round. Then the promises of replacement batteries started. It carried on like that till the middle of May when on a visit to Cape Town I had the batteries tested and they had only 30% capacity left. Mark still promised me new batteries and at a neutral venue he handed over a sealed box containing three new batteries (the courier delivered only three of the six needed) When I opened the box on the farm it turned out to be used batteries, apparently I received the wrong box. Since then they don't answer there phones, voice-mails, sms's or e-mails. They are totally unethical and should be avoided.
