LACK OF COMITMENT!

I purchased a lounge suite on lay-buy from your branch, we made our last payment this month,
We received a telephone call Tuesday demanding that the lounge suite must be delivered the very same day, we took off work and no one came,
We never received a phone call saying that they won't be able to make it,
We had to phone, every day after that until today which is Friday, and every day we are getting empty promises! Ver very very disappointed

What a lack of commitment and poor customer service in this regard.
