Pick 'n Pay

I received an sms from Rcs cards thanking me for my purchase at Pick 'n Pay. I called Rcs and enquired immediately the department called me and asked me if I am buying I said no. My question is how can Pick 'n Pay authorize a sale without a positive id? the amount R4043.95 on my Rcs card. Someone was clearly not doing their work. I will consult my attorney should nothing be done about this.
