Pick 'n Pay
Made me feel as if I was a thieve

Spent 2 hours shopping at the store and when i got to the teller i was told that that there gift card system was offline and i was paying for my entire spend in pick and pay gift cards I would need to leave the goods as there was nothing they could do. my issue is that pick and pay had recieved my cash on purchase of this gift cards and all they had to do was check the balance on the cards and in turn release the goods . it took them 30 minutes to realise this!!! pathetic!!!
