Failure to provide services

I took my shoes for repair (glue). The guy told me with an attitude that it will take 7 days to glue my shoes even though they have a sign on their counter saying "We repair while you wait". I called their head office and they asked me to give him my phone. While busy trying to explain his act over the phone, the other guy stharted shouting at me when I demanded my phone saying I'm the one who called. They then gave me my phone and head office told me to wait but bcoz I was off, I grapped my phone and walked away. Now I lost my airtime and was payed back by bad attitude
