On the 31 January 2013 I bought a pair of shoes for my son at the Street Fever Catz, Shop 25, N1 City Mall, Goodwood. The shoes pulled loose with in two days, my son returned the shoes on the 3 February and was told they will phone him after they have spoken to a lady called Rashieda at the head office Tel: 021 633 9059.

I had to phone them just to hear that they are sending the shoes back to the supplier and my son will have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to hear what the supplier has to say. The shop was quick to take my R400 for the shoes but now we have to wait for weeks for an new pair. I asked about their return policy and was told they don't print it on the receipt but it is behind the cashiers desk, I never saw anything and no one in the shop told me about the policy.

I think they are a bunch of and I will not recommend any one to buy from them!!!
