I purchased these dryer from MRS BUYNOW on Bid or Buy, I read the instructions followed them putting these dryer into my brand new dryer of about two weeks and after a few minutes said to my husband that the dryer was making a terrible noise so went to take a look and was horrified to find that these dryer had left my new dryer full of dents looking like a hailstorm had hit it, so my husband contacted the seller only to receive a e-mail refusing to claim responsibility. Her attitude to my problem was, that this is not her problem and she immediately became defensive saying she could not foresee this, trying to say well maybe it's an old dryer till we told her we have the invoice as this is a brand new machine, but still refusing responsibility for the rubbish she sold us. She has a very snotty attitude and I would like to warn everyone out there to stay away from this product and this seller, why should I be happy and be left with the damage to my brand new R6000 dryer? Was I supposed to try them in my vacuum cleaner instead?? I will be taking this matter further.
