Bad service

I would like to complain about the service I received. The first time I order my stuff was late. I then called a couple months later to order an extra 2 sheets I was assured this order would not be late and would take 2 weeks max. A few weeks later they still weren't ready, I called on thursday to see when I could expect them, I was told I would get a call on Monday, a week later still no call. I called back, just to be told after weeks of keeping my deposit and taking my order the sheets could not actually be made up in the fabric I asked for. The service I have received is absolutely appalling, I had to keep on calling to find out what's happening with the order, no one gets back to you, and the lady on the phone just agrees that it is not acceptable, but doesn't actually try do anything to help you or call you back to tell you what is happening. Totally unacceptable.
