Unhappy cusome

I bought a chest of drawals, stove and 3 blackberry phones from Russells. I also made a R20 000 loan which paid all those goods with in cash, in February 2013. The chest of drawals was damaged which immediately reported to the branch, that time based in Market street before they closed down and moved to Church street.

The branch manager said that there`s nothing she could doand said I must speak to Theo which was incharge of deliveries. I waited 3 weeks, if not more for them to collect and chance it. The second chest of drawals was also broken which the staff whom delivered saw it themselves. After so many times I've went to them but always the same answer, its the wearhouse. Till phoned Russells head office and spoke to Maroline in various conversation, but up till today am still stuck wih the chest of drawals and nobody contacted me to say what is going on. Russels is more warred aboth there installments then the service they provide to there clients.

I even went to the branch in South gate and ask Snowy can assist me, but to no luck.

I don't think it is right what they doing cause now I am paing for a broken chest of drawars that I do not even us.
