Unacceptable service

I have requested a clothing item on Saturday 29/06/2013. AGAIN there was said to me that I will receive in about 3-4 working days. Today after I had to phone them (they did not even let me know) I must hear that it is out of stock!! This is the 3RD time Identity has done this to me! I will definitely be closing my account and would tell anyone that might be interested to shop there to stay away from them as their services are really terrible. They promise you one thing but can not deliver it. This has not happened once but three times!!!
