Good morning,

I ordered some items online on the 26th of June 2013 and was later told that one of the items was out of stock (Order Number:10634443725). I didn't understand how my order was confirmed when one item was out of stock. What added insult to injury was the fact that the item was still available in a different size and I asked if it could be substituted with the different size item, but was told that it couldn't be done. Furthermore I was told that I could only be refunded in voucher form when i paid cash, further forcing me to buy. This to me was even more insulting due to the fact that this wasn't from my own making.

What upsets me even more is that hardly a week after this happened, I'm faced with the same problem yet again and the only explanation is that I could have placed order (Order Number:10636393288) before the system updated.

I'm just dumbfounded that after so many years as a customer this is the treatment I get. All this has left a very sour taste in my mouth and with a very negative perception of your company & brand. I'm absolutely disgusted at this point. I definitely won't be returning to shop with you.
