ITC Listed without notification!!!

Unfortunately i ran into some bad luck in recent months. I lost my job, my house and almost my life. I was honest with the Supplier. I told them everything. I also told them that as soon as i was able that i would start paying and bring my account up-to-date. When my financial position improved i started paying again. At the end of June i had every intention of paying the full outstanding balance. Their attorneys were constantly hounding me and i even told them this. Can you imagine my surprise when i tried applying for a bond, so that i can have a home to live in, at the end of June and got declined. I requested an ITC check on myself because i knew my name was clear only to find that Homechoice had listed me without any prior notification and even though i had given an undertaking to pay them! I do not even want to pay them or ever buy anything from them ever again!!!
