The response has been so slow, no proper feedback recieved. Instructions were given that I should go back to the store and (Regional Manager, and she said you may bring your insurance at the store and they will only cancel the one on your contract if yours meets the terms and conditions of the contract) produce my life cover policy contract to the sales consultant in order to cancel their insurance I took with them, when I got there I was told that once information is captured there is no way that they can cancel it "No cancellation can be made on Domino." Now to me it seems as if no one knows what they doing. As their customer I have no interest in knowing their internal processes and strategies I just want their insurance to be removed and use my insurance cover for this tv. How do they then roll out this new system which deprives them access to correct their mistake. I am determined that there has to be a way this can be sorted. Worst of all they just sent me 2 emails no one called me to try and help me. This needs to be escalated to regional managers superior. I dont want to pay for frills. I wnat to reasonably save where I can and not be robbed day light.
