Fridge not delivered on time as promised

We bought a fridge on the 14 january 2013, it was promised that the fridge will be ready for collection on saturday the 19th January of 2013, which it didn't, i called the store several times and i was promised that salesman will get back to me, i called again today and still no fridge delivered,

totally dissapointed
