Broken couch

Couch was returned to wetherleys PE as it had broken whilst still under guarantee. After it had been sent to Jhb for repairs it arrived back and lasted 2 days. It was retuned again for repair and arrived back and lasted about 2 weeks before it broke again (third time). Phoned wetherleys on Thursday 27 June and they said they would look into it and phone back, am still waiting. This is certainly not the first time they have promised to come back to me and have failed to do so. I am at wits end now!
