Truworths
STILL LISTED ON ITC

To whom it may concern
I had an account with Truworths and due to missed payments i got listed on ITC with a default in April i made an enquiry to settle the account in full i paid the account at the retail store and they told me to contact NRB RISK SOLUTIONS, i contacted them and they told me to pay a fee of R260 and quote the reference number 61440501001 the payment was made but nothing has been done yet can someone please follow up on this matter as it is urgent and because of this i am struggling to get a job in the financial industry it is useless to have paid this account but still be on ITC . I need urgent assistants with regards to this.
