I bought a pair of Levi's takkies @ the branch in November last year and have just wore them 3 times. On the 3rd occasion I realized that they were badly damaged on the sole and Immediately tried to find the slip so I can return them but could not find it. Today i visited the branch and spoke to them above mentioned manager but he refused to listen to me and told me that he wont help @ all. what kind of service is that? when i buy nobody tells me that i am buying from the streets where the slips cannot be traced from the system or is it when one is not willing to go the extra mile?
